Ascend is a leading independent owner and provider of world class passive telecom infrastructure. Ascend owns a portfolio of 7,000 towers with 12,000 tenancies. The project has a young tower portfolio and is the 4th largest tower telecom player in India.

TVI-ASCEND Telecom Merger
SUMMARY
TVI has a portfolio of 9,000 towers with a tenancy ratio of 1.68c, which is 30% larger than Ascend leading to a combined portfolio of 16,000+ towers and 27,500 tenancies . The project has a young tower portfolio with an average age of 10 years.
